Wedding Photo Album - The Importance Of Wedding Photo Album

If you looked at a wedding photo album today, you wouldn't see much difference (other than they would have been black and white images) for an album from half a century ago. Normally the bride has the place of honor in the photo album on the first page and this too is traditional. It is also tradition to find a beautiful spot close to where the couple was married to take some pictures of them together placing these images next in the album.
Next of the photos you will find in a modern wedding photo album will be one with the wedding party dressed in their finery. The party is normally close friends and relations that play an active part during the ceremony like the father of the bride, the best man, page boys and bridesmaids. The photos of the bride's attendants will be next in the album.
After these shots are taken it will be the turn of the bride and her family, then the groom posing with his family. Mention must be made to modern wedding photo albums which are as equally decorated as those of the past with elaborate covers and beautifully laid presentation pages inside. Most wedding photo albums are presented in white to symbolize the purity of the service with traditional symbols of weddings on the cover.
Although the beauty of the wedding album will certainly impress people so will the way in which the images have been displayed inside so as to create maximum effect. It may be a long while before physical albums are replaced but a more permanent record of the day can now be shown on a cd rom or dvd which most wedding photographers are able to supply themselves. Many hundreds of images can now be stored on a cd rom which makes it simple to carry around and display on a TV screen with little chance of damage.
If guests want to have a copy, they can have all the images and not just their favorite few; these can be stored in presentation boxes for later viewing as a digital wedding photo album. The photos on the disc can be easily printed out by anyone who wants a copy framed on their favorite table. The latest digital photo frames mean you can see a slide show of images wherever you wish to place the viewer; this adds a new and novel touch to looking at pictures.

Wedding Planning - Wedding Planning Money Saving Tips

Many couples save for years so they can afford their dream wedding; with an average cost upwards of 25,000 dollars it is hardly surprising it can cause financial worries. There is huge pressure on young people to spend vast sums of money on their wedding but it really isn't necessary; although you may not believe it now, a cheap wedding can be arranged which everyone will enjoy. By using some imaginative ideas, money can be saved; this could make it a reality for less than you think.
A Used Hand Made Dress
The wedding dress is one area where huge amounts of money are spent; this is something that will only ever be worn once so a previously owned dress is worth consideration. Selling previously owned wedding dresses is an area which is becoming more popular; when a bride-to-be realizes she can have a quality handmade dress for half the cost of a new one or even renting it for the day, this begins to make sense.
Planning the Reception
With the wedding reception requiring the most planning and portion of the budget, this is the area to make reductions; the average number of guests is just under 190 but this is an area where costs can be reduced as soon as you start to plan your cheap wedding. There is a tendency to invite everyone you have ever known or is a member of the family but this is completely unrealistic and unnecessary; if you have a buffet instead of a four course meal, waiting staff will not be required either.
The venue of the wedding reception can also be somewhere less expensive than the local golf club or hotel; using a small club for example will mean the drinks bill is less by only catering for wine, beer and soft drinks at the bar.
The Wedding Photographs
The obvious choice is to shop around for the best rates, but look at hiring the photographer just for the service; ask family members and friends to take photos of the reception – most will be more than happy to do this. You could, if you are brave, dispense with the services of a photographer completely; a friend or relative who is a keen photographer might be happy to do this for you!
Home Made Personalized Stationary
When looking at other areas where money can be saved, do not overlook wedding stationery; invitations for example, do not have to be taken to a printer when they can be produced by anyone reasonably competent with a home computer. Many people are now competent enough to produce near professional quality work; problems and errors can be corrected quickly without regular visits to the printers.
Flowers at the Wedding
Florists and flower arranging can be very expensive, especially for special occasions; why not buy them direct and arrange them yourself or enroll a friend to do this for you. If you have one of your friends make the wedding cake you can save some serious money; there probably won't be any need for five or six tiers either just as an alternative to the traditional fruit filling could be tried.
The Wedding Limousine
One last money saving tip is too use the car of someone you know for the day, using this instead of a fancy limousine; you can almost guarantee they will be more than happy too.
Remember, a cheap wedding does not necessarily mean a bad wedding; just think of how much you will have saved!

Digital Wedding Photography - Tips On How To Capture Perfect wedding photography

Capturing everything that happens on the wedding day is every couples dream as they can be looked at over and over again; professional digital wedding photographers are usually hired to ensure that memories of the day stay captured and ready to be looked at whenever the couple wants too. Digital photography may have replaced film but people still like to see photographs they can handle!
This isn't easy; creating that perfect shot if you are taking photographs without help as there is only so much you can do on your own without help. So, if you need some help for a wedding you are to attend and you are going to use a digital camera, then you may find some useful information in this article.
If you only remember one piece of information from this article, remember to make sure that the photographs have a nice background as it is one of the first things you'll notice when you look at them. If there is a pleasant background but it is hard to focus on the couple, you may find it easier to shoot them from shoulder up.
Spectacled guests can be a problem as glare from their glasses obscures their eyes and reflects back at the camera. If there is someone in the group that you particularly want to take a photograph of but they are in a crowd then try using the zoom, it will give a good close-up that you wouldn't achieve any other way.
Natural, wedding photos always look better than staged ones but difficult to capture when you are too close so a powerful zoom lens is a great advantage. With digital wedding photography always remember to be ready for the shot as it saves people posing.
Digital cameras rely on two things, memory and power and the last thing you want when you take your shots is to run out of memory or for the batteries to die on you. For any camera with 6 mega pixels or above, you will require at least one gigabyte, preferably two gigabytes of storage space on your card if you intend to use high resolution.
The higher the resolution you set the better the images will be and the larger they can be printed out. To ensure your pictures are safe and ready to print, save them as soon as possible to your computer's hard drive and create a CD you can present to the couple.
If you have a passion for photography and a good relationship with the two people getting married then your digital wedding photography images should come out just fine.

Marriage is a union of two people that starts with a ceremony that is called a wedding; although the traditional marriage ceremony have seen a decline, there are now many other methods to confirm your union. Although the service may be quite lengthy and involved, it is not complete until the legal aspect is fulfilled; the legal act of marriage only occurs once the signing a marriage license or other legal document is complete. Traditionally, the woman getting married is the bride and the man the bridegroom usually abbreviated to groom; after the ceremony they are referred to as husband and wife.
Marriages in a Church
There are many factors that can affect a wedding tradition and those of religion, race and social class for example, ca make it very complicated. Even in today's climate, the traditional Church ceremony is still the most popular service. Primarily in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and the British Commonwealth, these ceremonies are known as white weddings.
Multiple Ceremonies
A double marriage is a single ceremony where two couples rendezvous for two separate ceremonies; this often happens where a person has a brother or sister that decides to tie the knot at the same time and it is not unheard of for two brothers to marry two sisters this way.
Destination Weddings
You will probably already know of a couple that decided on a destination wedding and asked the guests to travel to where they were staying; the definition of a destination wedding is flexible as you don't actually have to leave your country for it to qualify, just so it isn't in your home town.
Activity Weddings
Some couples decide to have their wedding over the course of a weekend and this can ensure the occasion is less stressful for all concerned. Those with a themed element can also be very successful and the activity can be either built into the day or over the course of a weekend. For many people that have outdoor interests this can be a lot of fun and the guests can stay for the weekend with them to extend the occasion.
Ceremonies Online
An online wedding is conducted on the internet which can resemble a normal ceremony; there are even guides for information on how to go about an internet ceremony with information on people that can carry it out for you. This can prove a useful tool where relatives and friends from around the world can see an online wedding take place in real time without actually being there!
Civil Services Despite the term civil wedding, most services that take place outside of a Church, wherever that may be, are civil weddings which have to be carried out by appointed or elected judges, mayors or a justice of the peace. Although it may sound clinical, civil ceremonies usually make no reference to God. Owing to the brevity of these ceremonies, the persons getting married do not mind if they are carried out in a city hall or even a courtroom.
The weddings discussed here are primarily based around Christian beliefs but each religion and culture has their own traditions in this area.

Wedding Favors - Tips On Wedding Favors To Have For Your Guest In Your Wedding

One of the more pleasant tasks associated with arranging a wedding is deciding on what wedding favors to have for the guests. Ideas for treats are generally plentiful so there are bound to be enough to suit your budget and taste. This is important because it can take a great deal of stress when you realize the big event is rapidly approaching and these haven't been organized.
An easy wedding favor option is flowers which really don't take much to arrange but guests can enjoy. The big plus with this option is the ease and speed with which flowers can be organized.
A symbol of love, the red rose is one of the more popular choices and they do not require much preparation. You can simply purchase one for each guest and have a member of the catering staff, a friend or family member place one rose across each place setting after the tables have been set for the wedding reception.
These days the favorite is using candy and almost three quarters of events will use this as an easy wedding favor which can be enhanced by using a presentation tin. Some people now use a more convenient way to present candy to their guests. This can be accomplished by using large bowls filled with different types of candy as the centerpieces on each table.
Each wedding guest can then have a small bag or box to place their favorite candy in to eat when they like. All you have to do is let each guest have the option to take whatever candy they like and you won't have anything more to do.
An alternative to using candy is a picture frame which can double up as a place holder just for the occasion. If you intend to use picture frames as your wedding favors there is a way that you can present them to your guests without have to wrap them! By using the picture frames as placeholders provides a way around this, making it a gift that does not need to be wrapped.
One final idea for a very easy wedding favor is to give each guest a digital photo of themselves at the reception by hiring a photographer to take a picture of each couple as they arrive at the wedding reception. If he brings along a printer you can distribute the photos before your guests begin to leave the reception. An unusual but pleasant wedding favor is presenting each guest with a professional photograph of them arriving at the wedding. As a little extra you could ask the photographer if he could bring along a small projector and have a slide show during the reception when guest can see the photos he has taken.
