Wilderness theme wedding… ideas?

I am at the beginning stages of planning our wedding. If I can figure it all out in time, it will be soon as I am told the cheapest months are January through March. My fiance goes hunting, we have our house decorated with deer, antlers, bears, just wilderness type stuff. I wasn't really thinking of having a theme, but after visiting a wilderness store today I thought that was a pretty cool idea. Plus, my fiance isn't the type to get dressed up and doesn't really want to do the tux or suit thing. I thought maybe this theme would help that out a little bit.
Anyone out there have some ideas with attire, decorations, etc. that can help me out?
Any suggestions and ideas are appreciated. Thanks =)
Oh yea… I am also trying to do this as budget friendly, "cheap" I guess you could say as possible.
